Location Data

Location data is processed on your device and through Google Maps. We do not store your precise location on our servers.
Community Zone Data
When you mark a parking zone, the zone's geographic coordinates and type are stored in our database. Zone submissions are anonymous unless you choose to provide a contributor name.
If you optionally provide a contributor name when submitting a zone, that name will be stored and displayed publicly alongside your submission. You should not use your full name or any sensitive personal information as your contributor name.
Usage Statistics
We collect anonymous usage statistics such as visitor counts to understand how the app is used. No personally identifiable information is collected for this purpose.
This app uses the Google Maps API for map rendering and location services. Google's privacy policy applies to all map data: policies.google.com/privacy
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your location with any third parties except Google Maps for map rendering purposes. Zone data contributed by users (including any optional contributor name you provide) is visible to all app users, as community sharing is the core purpose of this service.
Zone data is retained as long as it remains accurate and useful to the community. Spam or incorrect zones are removed by our admin team.
You may request deletion of zone data you have submitted by contacting us at hello@noparkingapp.com. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that anonymous submissions without a contributor name cannot be attributed to a specific user for deletion purposes.
NoParking is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our app, please contact us at hello@noparkingapp.com and we will delete it promptly.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, input sanitisation, and rate limiting to protect the integrity of our service. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
The parking zone information available on NoParking is contributed by community users and is intended for general guidance only. While we strive to keep it helpful and up to date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any zone information.
Please verify local signage and traffic regulations before parking. NoParkingApp and LBLOGIC SOLUTIONS OPC PVT LTD shall not be liable for any fines, towing charges, penalties, or any other consequences incurred as a result of relying on information provided in this app.
